The Robert Mayer Leadership Academy (RMLA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to identifying, developing, and inspiring the next generation of civic and business leaders in Huntington Beach.
For more than two decades, RMLA has provided an immersive leadership experience that connects emerging professionals with the people, organizations, and institutions that shape our community. Through monthly leadership sessions, behind-the-scenes tours, collaborative discussions, and hands-on community projects, participants gain a deeper understanding of Huntington Beach while building the relationships and skills needed to lead with integrity, purpose, and impact.
Founded through the vision and generosity of the Robert Mayer Family Foundation and developed in close partnership with the Huntington Beach Chamber of Commerce, RMLA honors the legacy of Robert Mayer Sr., whose lifelong commitment to community leadership and civic responsibility continues to inspire the Academy's mission today.
More than a leadership program, RMLA is a network of professionals committed to strengthening Huntington Beach through collaboration, service, and informed leadership.
